1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program description. This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Avanti AI Partners, or on behalf of our clients, through a website, scheduling form, or phone call, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated SMS-consent checkbox, or verbally during a call. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that messaged you. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS; following that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls and chats may be recorded or logged for quality, training, and service-improvement purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we provide notice that a call may be recorded and may involve an automated assistant.
